Working principle
The figure is a schematic diagram of the working principle of the cycloidal rotor pump. During the working process, the inner and outer rotors rotate around their respective centers 01 and 02 for a fixed axis, and the tooth profile can form a closed cavity with a constantly changing volume between the inner and outer rotors, so as to achieve the purpose of oil absorption and oil discharge. The space formed by the teeth of the ordinary cycloidal pump is closed to each other, as shown in the figure, cavity A and cavity B are separated by the closing point. As the rotation continues, the space of cavity A and B increases, and the external liquid enters the cavity due to the negative pressure in the space to complete the oil absorption process. However, the sealing of cavities A and B in this product is not A necessary condition for the realization of the oil suction process, because cavities A and B are actually connected through the oil suction groove, and the space to be closed during rotation is the oil suction groove and the oil discharge groove (as shown by the dashed line in the figure). Therefore, as long as the oil suction space and the oil discharge space are constantly changing, and the oil suction tank and the oil discharge tank are sealed, the oil discharge and suction function of the hydraulic pump can be successfully realized.
