In order to further enhance the safety awareness of employees, improve the ability of safety prevention, and ensure the stable development of the company, Ningbo Zhongyi hydraulic Motor Co., Ltd. carried out safety training for all staff in the conference room on the second floor of the famous restaurant on the afternoon of June 27, 2024.

At the beginning of the training, Pan Lifeng, the head of security of the company, made an important speech, emphasizing the importance of safety work for the development of the company, and put forward ardent expectations for all staff, hoping that you can study seriously and apply what you have learned to practical work to ensure the safety of yourself and the company. 

This training invited two well-known security experts in the industry, Hong Yi and Li Ning, to give lectures. 

Experts combine a wealth of cases and practical experience, from the safety laws and regulations, safety management system, safety operation procedures, accident prevention and emergency handling, limited space, fire control knowledge, fire extinguisher classification and use and other aspects of a profound and simple explanation. 

In the process of training, experts vividly demonstrated the serious consequences of safety accidents through pictures, videos and other forms, making employees deeply aware of the importance and necessity of safety work. 

At the same time, the experts also interacted with the employees and answered the safety questions encountered by the employees at work, and the atmosphere was warm. 

In order to test the effectiveness of the training, the company organized an on-site examination after the training. 

From the examination results, the employees' mastery of safety knowledge has been significantly improved, and achieved the expected training purpose.
