 Although China's hydraulic industry has developed rapidly, most hydraulic parts manufacturers have small scale and limited innovation ability for a long time, hydraulic products are mainly concentrated in low-end products, ordinary hydraulic parts have a large excess capacity, and low-price low-level products are highly competitive.  Because the development of high-end hydraulic parts lags behind the downstream equipment manufacturing industry, the high-end hydraulic parts required by domestic host manufacturers have long relied on imports.  In recent years, with the development of the industry and technological innovation of enterprises, domestic hydraulic parts manufacturers have made breakthroughs in technology and technology, and product performance has been improved.  Some high-quality enterprises in the hydraulic industry have gradually broken the dependence of domestic OEMs on international brands and continuously expanded their market share by virtue of their high cost performance and geographical advantages.  Domestic host manufacturers actively seek domestic enterprises to support, promote the process of import substitution, and provide new opportunities for domestic hydraulic parts manufacturers. 


 II. Combination of hydraulic technology and high-tech achievements 


 In recent years, the integration of hydraulic technology with computer information technology, microelectronics technology, automatic control technology and other new technologies has promoted the development level of hydraulic systems and components.  In the short term, the possibility of breakthrough changes in hydraulic technology is low, but hydraulic technology will continue to improve, specifically as follows: hydraulic components miniaturization, lightweight, modular; green production process; hydraulic system integration and integration. 


 (1)Product miniaturization, lightweight and modularity 


 Miniaturization, lightweight and modularization are inevitable trends in the entire hydraulic industry.  Miniaturization is realized through redesign of component layout and structure. Miniaturized hydraulic components are beneficial to improve the response speed of hydraulic system.  Through the selection of materials and technical updates, lightweight hydraulic components can reduce the energy consumption of downstream machinery and equipment, extend the service life, and improve production efficiency.  Modularization of hydraulic products refers to the integration of functions previously realized by multiple parts into a module to replace multiple parts with a single module.  Modularization of hydraulic products can improve assembly efficiency and improve sealing of hydraulic products. 


 (2)Green production process 


 Hydraulic components and parts in the manufacturing process of process pollution, product vibration noise, material loss, dielectric leakage and other issues have been an important challenge facing China's hydraulic industry.  In the future, green manufacturing technology needs to be applied to the whole life cycle process of product design, process, manufacture, use and recycling.  Reduce vibration and noise of hydraulic products and systems through structural optimization technology and active control principle; gradually eliminate environmentally harmful processing and manufacturing processes, adopt environmentally friendly manufacturing methods and equipment, and improve resource and energy utilization in the manufacturing process; develop new materials to reduce friction and reduce the use loss of hydraulic components to improve material utilization; Through the development of hydraulic pipeline connection technology, research and development of new sealing materials, optimization of sealing structure and finishing technology, improve product sealing performance, reduce medium leakage and pollution; development of fluid medium recovery treatment and reuse technology, development of special hydraulic component disassembly, recovery, remanufacturing technology, improve product recyclability. 


 (3)Hydraulic system integration and integration
