To prevent oil pollution, installing a hydraulic oil filter in an appropriate place can intercept the pollutants in the oil, keep the oil clean and ensure the normal operation of the oil system.
The main function of hydraulic oil filter is to filter hydraulic oil, and all kinds of impurities inevitably appear in the hydraulic system.
The main sources are: mechanical impurities that remain in the hydraulic system after cleaning, such as water rust, casting sand, welding slag, iron shavings, paint leather and cotton shavings, and external impurities entering the hydraulic system, such as dust entering through oiling ports and dust rings, etc.
Impurities produced during the working process, such as debris formed by hydraulic pressure, metal powder caused by relative wear, colloid, asphaltene, carbon slag and so on.
After the above impurities are mixed into the hydraulic oil, with the circulation of the hydraulic oil, it will destroy everywhere and seriously affect the normal work of the hydraulic system, such as jamming or blocking the throttle holes or spool gaps between the relative moving parts in the hydraulic components; destroy the oil film between the relatively moving parts, scratch the surface of the gap, increase internal leakage, reduce efficiency, increase heat, aggravate the chemical action of the oil, and make the oil deteriorate.
Therefore, it is very important for the hydraulic system to maintain the cleanliness of oil and prevent the pollution of oil.
The following is to share with you the basic knowledge about the maintenance and daily maintenance of truck cranes:
1. The running-in of the new crane is also very important.
The initial use of 100 hours is the running-in period, during which the lifting torque generally does not exceed 80% of the maximum rated lifting moment.
After the running-in period, consider cleaning or replacing the oil filter, filtering or replacing the hydraulic oil.
2. the brand of hydraulic oil:
Factory status: April to September L-HM68.
October to March L-HV46.
L-HM68 is recommended to the south of the Yangtze River or other tropical areas (10 °- 40 °).
L-HV46 is recommended in severe cold areas (10 °- 9 °).
L-HS32 is recommended in alpine areas (- 9 °--40 °).
Hydraulic system: when driving, the liquid level is not lower than the median of the fuel tank oil standard.
Hydraulic system hydraulic oil is generally filtered once every 3 months, and its replacement cycle is generally normal use of 2 years or cumulative operation of about 2000 hours.
3. The steps of changing hydraulic oil:
Remove the old oil from the tank, disassemble the return pipe, clean the tank and filter with a cleaning fluid that meets the requirements, and then dry it; then wash the tank with careful hydraulic oil and release it, and add new hydraulic oil again.
The replacement of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic circuit; start the engine, run at a low speed, make the oil pump start to operate, respectively control each mechanism, rely on the new hydraulic oil to discharge the old oil of each system circuit one by one, and the old oil shall not flow into the new hydraulic oil tank, until new oil flows out of the oil return pipe, stop the work of the oil pump.
(note: when changing oil in each loop, attention should be paid to constantly injecting new oil to prevent the pump from being emptied; the new hydraulic oil for washing can be reused after being effectively filtered).
Inject new oil; link the return pipe with the fuel tank, and finally put the components in the initial state, replenish the hydraulic oil through the tank to the specified liquid level position.
Old oil treatment; the replacement of old hydraulic oil should be concentrated in the waste oil container for recycling or centralized treatment.
4. The preferred hydraulic transmission is matched to the truck crane about whether it needs refueling or not, as well as the amount of fuel:
